I like to take the initiative and motivate others to act. I can do it, but I prefer when someone else takes responsibility. I definitely prefer to handle assigned tasks on my own.

I try to break the problem down into smaller parts and analyze data before making a decision. I usually rely on my intuition, but I'm open to analyzing the situation. I tend to feel overwhelmed and look for the simplest, quickest solution.

Very interested – I regularly follow business news and trends. Moderately – I sometimes read articles on the subject. Not at all – I find this topic uninteresting.
