A graduate of Administration has general knowledge about the law and administrative sciences and their role in public administration. Moreover, he or she is familiar with different types of dministrative and legal institutions, their structures, and especially the legal regulations that apply to them. He or she has elementary knowledge regarding legal relations and their national and international peculiarities as well as the particular branches of law and methods of their interpretation. The graduate can correctly analyse the methods and proceedings concerning specific administrative issues. He or she correctly applies legal regulations and his or her knowledge and understanding to solve professional dilemmas. This specialist can prepare typical administrative documents in Polish and understand such documents in a foreign language. He or she recognizes and identifies moral problems and ethical dilemmas related to administrative work and seeks optimal solutions in conformity with law and professional ethics. The graduate knows foreign language at the B2 level of Common European Framework of Reference for Languages at the Council of Europe and can use specialist language of administrative, legal and economical disciplines, at the level necessary to work.
